Job summary

Aldi in Llanelli is hiring a Customer Assistant to help keep the store running smoothly. You’ll receive deliveries, stock shelves and assist customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.

Shifts start as early as 6am and finish as late as 10pm, with a flexible, part-time contract of 10–20 hours per week. Reliability, a can-do attitude and teamwork are valued, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable with replenishing stock at pace to ensure best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don't meet Aldi standards
