Job summary

NEXT is seeking a part-time Shop Assistant in Broadstairs to help process stock and keep shelves neatly presented. You will provide fast, friendly service to customers and support both back‑of‑house and front‑of‑store operations with energy and tempo.

The role requires 16.25 hrs per week across Tue 07:30-11:30; Wed 07:30-11:00; Thu 07:30-12:30; Fri 07:30-11:30, with flexible working options available. Training and development start on day one.

Qualifications

• Stock processing and presentation are performed accurately and quickly.
• Deliver fast, friendly customer service on and off the sales floor.
• Maintain clean, well-organised work and selling areas.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, which includes scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and putting stock away
• Ensuring all stock is gorgeously presented and put onto the sales floors or away in the stockrooms correctly
• Keeping operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised
• Offering fast and friendly service to our customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed
• Working as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers
