Job summary

Aldi in Lenzie, Scotland, is seeking a part-time retail teammate to join a fast-paced, friendly team. You’ll help customers, restock shelves, and ensure deliveries meet Aldi standards to keep the store running smoothly.

This role offers a flexible contract between 10-20 hours per week, with 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) and access to a wellness portal and 24/7 Employee Assistance programme. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable with a customer service mindset.
• Able to replenish stock quickly to ensure product availability.
• Flexible and reliable in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to shoppers.
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best.
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don’t meet Aldi standards.
