Aldi is hiring for a part-time Retail Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will provide friendly customer service, stock shelves, and help ensure deliveries meet Aldi standards.

Shifts can start early and run late; you'll join a fast-paced team with training and development offered. A flexible contract between 10-20 hours per week and 28 days leave are provided, plus wellness and EAP access.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable attitude to support customers and team.
• Able to replenish stock quickly to maintain product availability.
• Reliable and flexible in a fast-moving store environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best.
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don’t meet Aldi standards.
