Job summary

Kinect Services Limited is seeking part-time, term-time drivers to transport children and adults with special needs to school and day centres in the Saffron Walden area. You will ensure safe, comfortable journeys and maintain a welcoming atmosphere on every trip.

The role emphasises care, responsibility, and compliance with DBS checks, driving assessments, and medical clearances as required. Training is provided, including first aid, with licensing costs covered and a bonus for qualifying

Qualifications

• UK manual driving licence (no special category required).
• Caring and responsible nature.
• Willingness to complete enhanced DBS check, driving assessment, and medical clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive children and adults with special needs to and from school and day centres, ensuring safe and comfortable travel.
• Contribute to a warm and welcoming journey for passengers.
• Keep vehicles clean, roadworthy and ready for each trip.
