Job Title: Part-Time Spanish Teacher

Setting: Mainstream Secondary School

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Contract Type: Long Term until July 2026.

Days/Hours: 4 days per week (Tuesday - Friday) 8:30am - 3:30pm

Start Date: September 2025

Rate of Pay: £150.00 - £220.00 per day

Duties and Responsibilities of the Spanish Teacher in Chelmsford, Essex:
  • Plan and deliver fun, engaging Spanish lessons to Key stage 3-4.
  • Get involved in shaping the curriculum and helping the department grow
  • Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment that reflects the school s values
  • Adapt your teaching to support students with different learning styles and needs
  • Keep your classroom a calm, focused, and respectful place to learn
  • Track students progress and give clear, helpful feedback to help them improve
  • Work closely with colleagues to keep lessons consistent and connected across year groups
  • Take part in school meetings and have a say in planning and decision-making
