Job summary

All Bar One Bath is seeking a part-time Sous Chef to lead a section, train a motivated team, and ensure food is prepared to the brand’s standards. You will assist the Head Chef with ordering, prep, and stock control while upholding health and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or senior chef in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent team leadership and communication.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering.
• Ability to work with branded menu.
• Strong hygiene and safety knowledge.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
