DFS Furniture plc is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for 20 hours per week at our New Malden store. You will help customers find the perfect sofa or finishing touches, offering courteous, expert advice and building trust throughout the shopping journey.

The role includes flexible hours within 10am–8pm on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. Full training is provided and uncapped commission is possible based on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable with a passion for helping customers.
• Full training provided; no sales experience required.
• Store hours concise: 10am–8pm (Mon–Fri), 10am–6pm (Sat), 10am–5pm (Sun).

Responsabilités

• Guide customers to find the perfect sofa, bed or finishing touches.
• Provide honest, accurate advice to help customers make the right choice.
• Keep the showroom looking inviting and professional for a consistent customer journey.
