Outsource Ability is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the health and wellness industry. This part-time role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual who thrives in content creation, video editing, and influencer campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage content calendars to maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice.
  • Edit and produce high-quality short-form video content optimised for social media.
  • Develop and oversee influencer collaborations, including outreach, coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor social media engagement, analyse metrics, and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new content ideas and campaign strategies.
  • Keep up to date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 24 years in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Video Editing: Proficient in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
  • Influencer Management: Experience running influencer campaigns and partnerships.
  • Creative Skills: Strong copywriting ability and familiarity with design tools such as Canva.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable solar/UPS setup, headset, and computer/laptop capable of handling content creation tasks.
  • Work Environment: Quiet and professional workspace with fast, stable internet.
  • Tax Responsibilities: As this is a remote international role, candidates are responsible for managing their own tax obligations.
