2 days per week (flexible hours: 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm)

We’re now looking for a creative and proactive Part-Time Social Media Manager to help tell our story, grow our online presence, and connect with our community.

This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, thrives on creativity, and wants the balance of hybrid working, including one optional office-based day in London.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and help launch our new TikTok page
  • Share stories about our candidates, clients, and team culture
  • Engage with our audience, respond to messages, and strengthen our online community
  • Track performance, report on results, and suggest improvements
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices
  • Support the wider team on campaigns, promotions, and special projects
About You
  • You’ve managed social media accounts before and know how to make content pop
  • Creative, proactive, and confident working independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsOrganised with good time-management skills
  • Familiarity with social media analytics is a plus
  • Enjoy a mix of remote working and in-office collaboration
