Mitchells & Butlers PLC, owner of Toby Carvery Worthing, is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor. You’ll greet guests warmly, help run a busy service, and lead a team focused on hospitality and consistent standards.

You’ll train staff, maintain high cleanliness and safety, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. No CV is required—the mobile-friendly application form takes about 2 minutes to complete.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
