Miller & Carter - Tynemouth is recruiting a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a great team at the restaurant. You will help train staff, ensure service runs smoothly, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or customer-facing role preferred.
• Able to lead a team and train new staff.
• Flexible around shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations as host and front-of-house leader.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest service.
