Job summary

Miller & Carter Hinckley is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, drive service standards and help train the team. You’ll lead shift operations, supervise colleagues and ensure guest satisfaction in a busy dining environment.

You’ll enjoy flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, and involvement in our training program including the Steak School, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and progress within Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership and shift supervision.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
