Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for our Royal George pub in London. You will host guests, lead a team on shift and train staff to uphold excellent service in a lively pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host and serving guests.
• Confidently lead your team on shift.
• Lead training of team members to maintain service standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
