Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for Toby Carvery Willingdon Drove in Eastbourne. You will welcome guests, manage a team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on friendly service and high standards.

You’ll lead by example, train colleagues, and help maintain cleanliness and safety across the site while delivering a memorable dining experience for every guest. This role offers flexible shifts and staff benefits.

Qualifications
