Job summary

Harvester in Bedford is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, supervise the floor, and lead a team to deliver great service.

You'll be responsible for hosting, leading shifts, training colleagues, and upholding high cleanliness and safety standards. The role offers flexible shifts, strong staff discounts, pension and holiday benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to lead a team.
