Job summary

The Health Visitor role within the Medway community team of Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust focuses on safeguarding children and promoting wellbeing at home. The position is Band 6 and part-time across three days, serving a diverse population with complex needs.

Applicants must hold Specialist Community Public Health qualifications and be registered with the NMC. The post cannot sponsor visas and is open to those with relevant NHS experience in community settings.

Qualifications

• Specialist Community Public Health qualification is required.
• NMC registration is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as an NMC-registered practitioner.
• Proven experience of working with children in community-based settings.
• Works well under pressure and organises own workload.
