Job summary

24x7 Group is hiring a Driver for Home to School Transport on a part-time basis in the United Kingdom. You will provide safe transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities, with duties including ensuring safe travel, building relationships with passengers and staff, and adhering to safety procedures.

The role includes morning and afternoon shifts on school days, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (car category) is required.
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars and multipurpose vehicles.
• Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS checks.
• Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transport for children and adults with needs or vulnerabilities.
• Ensure passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations.
• Build professional relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Be available for morning and afternoon shifts on school days.
