Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is seeking a part-time School Crossing Patrol to help children and adults cross roads safely at the St James' CofE Academy area in Bulkington. The role is term-time only (38 weeks) with training and uniform provided. The position is permanent and low weekly hours, spread over school start and finish times.

Applicants should be able to communicate clearly in English and will be subject to standard safeguarding checks and pre-employment DBS verification.

Qualifications

• Must speak accurate English to the public.
• DBS check is required and processing will be completed prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Help children and adults cross roads safely at designated crossing points.
• Perform duties during term time only (38 weeks) with approx. 6 hours per week in mornings and/or afternoons.
