Netherthorpe School is recruiting a Catering Assistant to work in the main school canteen on a permanent basis. The role is 16.25 hours per week across 39 weeks per year and requires a team-focused, friendly candidate with good communication skills to serve students and staff.

Experience in a school catering environment is preferable. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and contribute to high standards of service and food safety, with DBS checks as part of safeguarding.

• Experience of previously working in a school catering role is preferable.

• You will be required to carry out a variety of catering duties and provide excellent customer service to students.
