Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is great but not necessary.
• Ability to interact with customers and provide excellent service.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring customers are treated with respect.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store.
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Keep up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.
