Job summary

Plumb Centre in Morecambe is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our team for 20 hours per week (4 hours daily, mornings). You will build relationships with trade customers and provide friendly product advice at the counter and over the phone.

The role offers a salary of £13,347 plus bonus and a range of benefits, including annual leave, a generous pension, discounts and wellbeing support. Working hours are Monday to Saturday with mornings only.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing experience
• A confident, positive and approachable attitude
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service
• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
• A Full Driving License is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations.
• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales.
