Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor in Truro for a part-time, 20-hour week. The shift is Monday to Friday, 16:45–21:00, based in our Truro contact centre. You’ll receive training to handle incoming EE customer calls and help them pick the best deals on phones and broadband.

You’ll be a great listener and confident speaker, promoting EE products with uncapped commission and benefits. Flexible hours and generous leave support families and carers.

Qualifications

• Must listen well and be a fluent talker.
• Retail or hospitality experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers.
• Help customers find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Assist customers in navigating EE products.
• Join a lively Truro contact centre and complete training.
