EE Merthyr Tydfil Contact Centre is looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to join our evening shifts from 4:45PM to 9:00PM, Monday to Friday. The role involves taking incoming calls, helping EE customers find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guiding them through our range of tech products.

You will need to be a strong listener and fluent speaker who enjoys helping customers, with an enthusiasm for sales and the energy of a busy contact centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is helpful.
• Able to deal with customers and explain products.
