Job summary

Savers in Long Eaton is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our team. You will work 20 hours per week with potential to take on more hours, earning £13.50 per hour while supporting store operations and coaching colleagues.

As a Supervisor you’ll collaborate with the Store and Assistant Manager, help drive sales, deliver great customer service, and engage with the local community. Flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends will be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Develop your own skills to enhance others.
• Passion for the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and coaching of the team.
• Support store and assistant manager to maximise opportunities.
• Engage with local community and represent Savers in store.
