Job summary

Crew Clothing Abersoch is seeking a part-time Supervisor (30 hours per week) to help drive sales, support KPI targets, and lead a team with a focus on exceptional customer service. You’ll maintain visual merchandising standards and promote multi-channel options to enhance the in-store experience.

You'll collaborate with store colleagues to recruit, retain and develop staff, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and consistent brand presentation in a luxury fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail, preferably fashion or luxury brands.

Responsibilities
