Job summary

DV8 Fashion Kennedy Centre store is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to lead the sales team with a friendly, product-focused approach and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will be responsible for opening and closing, till operation, price tagging, keeping the floor tidy, and supporting colleagues. Previous supervision in retail is preferred but relevant experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within retail is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to open/close store operations and manage till procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Open and close the store following security procedures.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and tidy shop floor at all times.
• Maintain high standards of product merchandising and presentation.
• Operate the till for card and cash payments; training provided.

About You

We are on the lookout for a part time Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Fashion Kennedy Centre store. Step into a role as a Supervisor where you will lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same. Ideally you should have experience working as a supervisor in a similar environment although we will consider other relevant experience to this role too!

About The Role

Being a supervisor in DV8 is a responsible but rewarding role with a clear path for progression, as part of your duties you will:

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting our customers with a smile and help them as much as you can
• Be responsible for opening and closing of the store following the security procedures
• Ensure that our customers have the best shopping experience by ensuring all our products are priced and the shop floor is clean and tidy at all times
• Maintain high standards of merchandise in store ensuring our products are positioned to look their best
• Be responsible for the operation of the till for both card and cash payments - training will be provided if necessary
