Responsibilities

Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information.
Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items.
Maintain high standards of presentation and store cleanliness.
Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly displayed.
Process transactions, cash handling, and stock processing.
Use in-store technology and systems to support enquiries and daily store operations.
Follow company policies and health and safety requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to support daily store operations.
Support additional duties as required.
