Shifts can start early and run into the evening; a reliable transport option is important. No prior retail experience is required, though it’s beneficial, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and capable of supporting customers and the team.
• Able to replenish stock quickly to maintain best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential, attitude matters most.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best.
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don’t meet Aldi standards.
