Mitie is seeking a Relief Retail Security Officer for Sainsbury's in Wantage/Didcot. This part-time role is 18 hours per week with possible overtime, requiring a vigilant approach to safety and customer service. You will patrol the store, monitor CCTV, deter crime, and liaise with store management and local authorities as required.

An SIA licence is preferred; training may be provided where needed. You will work contracted hours with benefits including annual leave, pension, and free uniform,

Formación

• 5-year checkable employment/education history is required.
• SIA licence or certificates preferred; training may be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver industry leading customer service.
• Deterrence of violence and public order offences.
• Conduct store patrols.
• Utilise CCTV to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Liase with store management and, where required, police partnerships to support crime reduction in-store.
• Wear Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for colleagues and customers.
