Job summary

Nisbets in Sheffield is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Advisor to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. The role requires 20 hours per week across 4 days, with a 5-hour shift most days and occasional flexibility to meet store needs.

You will help drive sales, handle payments, maintain shop standards, and participate in local outreach while upholding health and safety guidelines. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Natural communicators with a sociable nature.
• Good IT literacy and ability to prepare quotes and use multiple systems.
• Commercially focused and motivated by hitting store targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service in line with expectations and drive repeat visits.
• Contribute to store sales targets and KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion, footfall).
• Contribute to store outreach using local knowledge (calls, visits, events).
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to engage customers and drive KPIs.
• Complete stock audits and process payments per policy.
• Adhere to health and safety and store policies.
