About The Role
What you’ll be doing:
  • Youll be joining a small team of between 4 6 members of staff
  • Youll be committed to delivering a great customer experience
  • You’ll be working up to 27 hours per week
  • Youll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner
  • Youll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers
  • Youll ensure that you exceed our customers expectations and reassure them when they’re bewildered by choice
  • You’ll be working as part of the team to achieve commercial targets
What you’ll need – skills and experience:
  • Youll have previous experience in selling technical products to customers
  • Youll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environment
  • Youll have previous experience in dealing with customers
  • Youll have practical experience/knowledge of some or all of our product range
  • Youll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills
  • Youll possess basic computer literacy
  • Youll be self‑motivated and have a can‑do attitude
