Job summary

Seasalt in Bourton-on-the-Water is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor on an 8-hour permanent contract. You will deliver exceptional service, share product knowledge, and support store targets while guiding customers through multi-channel shopping, including online orders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and inspiring service with knowledge of the Seasalt brand, products and services.
• Recommend additional services and solutions to drive sales and capture customer data.
• Assist with driving multi-channel sales, including online orders processing.
• Provide first point resolution for customer issues and feedback, and seek solutions.
• Support Store Manager to drive store sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Assist with store visual merchandising, windows standards and product/category analysis to maximise opportunities.
• Participate in stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety tasks.
