Job summary

Booker is seeking a customer-focused individual for a part-time role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be part of a team ensuring shelves are stocked, customers receive speedy service at the tills, and that every customer leaves satisfied.

We operate 5/7 days with varied hours; candidates must be aged 17+. The position emphasizes a can-do attitude, reliability, and presenting well at all times, with opportunities to advance in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience within Wholesale or Retail environment.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Passion for customer service and helping customers.
• Be reliable, on time and well-presented at all times.
• Willing to work across a 5/7 day operation and follow opening times.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and help customers find what they want.
• Keep shelves stocked and maintain fast, accurate till service.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service and farewell customers as they leave.
