Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead one of our UK branches. You will be the main point of contact for customers, manage processes, and drive branch performance with a focus on customer service and sales targets.

The role offers a fantastic monthly and annual bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package, and requires 25.5 hours per week on a rotative 3-on/4-off pattern, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer-focused communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and by yourself.
• Organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operations; main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to set appointments and meet targets.
• Carry out car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Assist transport department when not buying cars.
