Farmfoods Ltd in Shrewsbury is recruiting a Retail Assistant for a permanent part-time position. You will work 20 hours across four days per week, including weekends, with shifts across busy trading periods.

Pay ranges from £10.95 to £12.81 per hour depending on age and experience, plus benefits such as holiday plus staff discounts and support programmes. Training and development are available within a small, friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly greeting.
• Help customers find items and provide fast, friendly till service.
• Assist with packing, stock handling, and shelf replenishment.
• Support daily/weekly routines to keep shop safe, clean and tidy.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver good customer experience.
