The Co-operative Group in Poole is seeking a Customer Team Member to join a local store team and deliver friendly, helpful service on a busy retail floor. This part-time role supports essential services and may involve post office or bakery tasks depending on the store.

The position offers full training, weekend shifts and overtime, and a focus on welcoming customers, stocking shelves, handling tills, and promoting Co-op Membership to strengthen community ties.

Qualificações

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service while the store runs day-to-day.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Hands-on on the shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations.
• Maintain shelves and check prices, dates, stock accuracy.
• Keep the store safe and legal—prices, dates and temperatures are correct.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community.
