Job summary

Farmfoods Ltd in Norris Green, Liverpool (L11 2SF) is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant for evenings and weekends. The role offers 8 hours across 2 days per week, with shifts across weekday evenings and full weekend days.

You will greet customers, help them find products, operate tills, and help with deliveries and stock. The package includes 6 weeks’ holiday, 15% staff discount, uniform, life assurance and access to the staff benefits package.

Qualifications

• You will need a friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• You’ll enjoy being busy and keep up with deliveries, tills, cleaning and stock rotation.
• You will be reliable as part of a small team and commit to shifts.
• You may need to cover different hours as rota planning is three weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a smile and hello.
• Help customers find items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly till service and assist with packing.
• Handle stock during deliveries and place items on shelves/freezers for customers.
• Work with the team to keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
