Part time Reprographics and Administrative Assistant – fixed term until 31 August 2026 Immediate start 9.30am – 1.30pm, 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, term time only.

Full time equivalent salary range: £24,796 - £25,583 per annum. The actual part time salary range for this role is: £11,208 - £11,563 per annum.

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our administrative team. We are looking for a well organised individual with strong IT and communication skills to provide high-quality support to staff by managing our busy reprographics department. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player who can communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure printing and copying requests are completed accurately and on time. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of reprographics, ensuring all printing tasks are completed to a high standard and within deadlines. This is a particularly exciting time to join us, as our Sixth Form enters its second year. There are excellent opportunities for growth, development, and the chance to contribute new ideas. You’ll be joining a friendly, professional team where your contribution is valued and your skills can continue to grow.
