Job summary

Livity Life Limited seeks an Information Governance & Data Protection Lead (DPO) to steer privacy, data sharing, and regulatory compliance across our health and social care tech-enabled services. This part-time, remote UK role requires occasional travel to Worcester 2–3 times monthly, with flexible hours to discuss at interview.

You will provide expert guidance to leaders, manage DPIAs, information risk, and engage with regulators to safeguard information while enabling innovative care delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Protection, Information Governance, Privacy, or DPO roles.
• Strong understanding of UK GDPR and data protection compliance.
• Experience carrying out DPIAs and information governance processes.
• Experience advising on data sharing, privacy, and information risk.
• Experience managing data breaches and information security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead data protection, privacy, and information governance across the organisation.
• Provide expert advice on information governance, data sharing, and regulatory compliance.
• Support change projects by embedding privacy and risk management principles.
• Oversee data protection impact assessments and data sharing agreements.
• Advise on emerging technologies and governance implications, including AI.
• Support information security incidents and regulatory engagement.
