Job summary

Spire Nottingham Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit on a part‑time basis. The role is a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave, working 34.5 hours per week with access to extensive private healthcare and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration and post‑registration critical care experience.
• Experience delivering care in an ITU or high dependency unit.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and maintain clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care in a critical care setting.

Spire Nottingham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to join our exceptional Intensive Care Unit (ITU) team on a part-time basis, working 34.5 hours per week. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a critical care setting.

• Support colleagues and participate in ongoing professional development.

Who we're looking for:

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with recent critical care/ITU experience.
• 1-2 years Post-registration Critical Care qualification.
• Demonstrated critical care competencies.
• Current ALS, PILS, or ILS certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to professional development and accountable practice.
