Job summary

Diocese of Norwich seeks a part-time Rector to serve the Briston and Briningham Benefice, guiding eight rural parishes between the City and the North Norfolk coast. The post invites involvement across all ages in worship, devotion and service, within a warm village-based community.

The successful candidate will listen with patience, foster young people in primary schools, lead worship with creativity, and value the Lay Ministry Team while developing strong community links across the villages

• Leads with confidence and creativity to incorporate traditional and new ideas for services.
• Appreciates the skills and abilities of the team and church family.
• Has a wide-ranging approach to nurture lay members and newcomers to Christian life.
• Is excited to develop community links and be seen in all villages.
