Job summary

Waythrough seeks a compassionate individual to support people affected by alcohol and drug misuse on their recovery journey. You will provide advice, advocacy, key working support and contribute to recovery planning and case management.

This role promotes person-centred care, independence and wellbeing while valuing diversity and inclusion. 21 hours per week; fixed pro-rata salary in Buckinghamshire.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and safeguarding awareness.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and data.
• Commitment to person-centred support and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, guidance and support to individuals accessing the service.
• Deliver key working sessions and support recovery planning.
• Assist with assessments and elements of case management.
• Advocate for clients and collaborate with partner agencies.
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation.
• Follow safeguarding, confidentiality and health & safety policies.
• Promote equality and client-centred service delivery.
• Support individuals to achieve positive outcomes and sustain recovery.
