Job summary

Premier Inn Cockermouth is recruiting a Receptionist to warmly welcome guests with great customer service. You’ll be the friendly face of our hotel, helping guests check in smoothly and coordinating with the housekeeping team to keep rooms immaculate.

This part‑time role (16 hours per week) is based at Waterloo Lane, Cockermouth, CA13 0QX, paying up to £13.06 per hour. Benefits include Whitbread staff discounts, a company pension, breakfast for two, and opportunities for career progression

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and welcoming attitude.
