Available Positions
  • 25 Hours/Week
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM (Every 3rd week 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Some weekend work may be required across both sites.

Main Duties

Join Our Front Desk Team as a Care Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be the friendly face and reassuring voice they rely on. You’ll be at the heart of our practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly by:

Job Description
Job Responsibilities

To undertake a wide range of reception duties and provide general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, processing information, and assisting patients as required. To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers. Flexibility to work across sites is essential.
