A well-established organisation in the outskirts of Edinburgh is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Administrator. Main responsibilities include meeting and greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms, and conducting site maintenance checks. The position requires working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:00 with occasional full-time hours for leave cover. Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Receptionist/ Administrator to join our client, a well-established organisation at their offices on the outskirts of Edinburgh.
This is an ongoing temporary role on a part time working basis. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 13:00 with occasional full-time hours to assist with annual leave cover within the team.
