A healthcare provider in High Wycombe is seeking a receptionist to join their patient-focused team. Working 30 hours per week, you will welcome patients, manage appointments, and assist with general administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role. Training will be provided for successful candidates.

Youll play a vital role in welcoming patients and supporting the smooth running of our diagnostic imaging and MSK services. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a caring and professional environment where no two days are the same.
As one of the first points of contact for patients, youll ensure every visitor receives a warm, professional welcome. Youll manage patient appointments, answer telephone enquiries, and assist with general administration tasks that help our services run efficiently.
As our receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
Well provide full training and ongoing support so you can confidently deliver the high standard of care and service our patients expect.
You will have:
Experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage, but its not essential well provide the training you need to succeed.
