This part‑time role focuses on 1:1 and small‑group support for Reception pupils, helping children with additional needs develop confidence, communication, and early learning skills.
Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for Reception children with SEND
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, age‑appropriate learning activities
Encourage independence, communication, and social development
Support positive behaviour management in a nurturing way
Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
Experience supporting young children, ideally in Reception, with SEND
Passion for helping early years pupils achieve their potential
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
