Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. Part-time positions with flexible scheduling and immediate earnings are available, with paid training provided and a 6-month commitment encouraged.

You will join a supportive clinical team, deliver evidence-based interventions, and help children achieve meaningful goals in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
