Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience in minor injuries practice.
  • Minimum 2 years X-ray interpretation experience in minor injuries; supporting and supervising learners in practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision for our minor injuries clinicians.
  • Champion quality improvement by spearheading clinical audits.
  • Work closely with clinical services managers and external partners to develop and refine care pathways.
  • Maintain clinical expertise by conducting assessments, making diagnoses, interpreting X-rays.
  • Support recruitment and ensure staff qualifications and checks are completed.

Education

NMC Registered General Nurse/HCPC or IHCD Paramedic qualification/BSc in Paramedic studies
